Q: How do I enrol my child in a class?
A: Easy! Just click the “Enrol Now” button on our website. You’ll be taken to our enrolment platform where you can select your class and secure your spot.

Q: Do you offer a trial class?
A: We don’t offer trials anymore, but we do offer peace of mind. When you enrol, you’re covered by our 3-week Happiness Guarantee: if within the first three weeks you feel it’s not the right fit, we’ll refund your fees in full. No questions asked.

Q: What happens if we miss a class?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide credits for missed classes. However we can provide at home online lessons for illnesses or absenses more than two weeks.

Q: What should my child wear to drama class?
A: Comfortable clothes they can move in, hair tied back, and closed-in shoes. Lots of our students love wearing their Upstage t-shirts!

Q: Do you run classes during the school holidays?
A: Our regular classes run during the school term only. From time to time, we also offer holiday workshops — keep an eye on our socials and website for updates.

Q: Can parents watch classes?
A: To help students focus and feel confident, our classes are closed to parents. But we love welcoming you to end-of-term sharings and performances! Reach out if your child has any special needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: Who teaches the classes?

Q: Do you offer classes for adults?
A: Yes! Drama isn’t just for kids. We offer adult acting and improv classes — perfect if you’d like to rediscover your creative side.

Q: Is there a discount for siblings?
