Cast Commitment Contract

We acknowledge and agree to the following terms upon accepting a role in the production of "The Magic Pudding" with Upstage Youth Theatre:
Attendance: We understand that attendance at all scheduled rehearsals is crucial for the success of the production. Missing two or more rehearsals without prior arrangement with the director or producer may result in the cast member losing their place in the show.
Team Effort: We acknowledge that theatre is a team effort, and absences can place a strain on the entire cast and crew. We commit to being present and fully participating in all rehearsals to support our fellow cast members.
Support for Less Experienced Cast Members: We understand that some cast members are less experienced and require consistent rehearsal time to feel confident and secure in their roles. We commit to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
Communication: We will communicate any unavoidable absences as soon as possible to the director or producer and will arrange for any necessary catch-up work.
